In this opportunity I am going to comment about the role of gender in health care. I believe that today in the area of health, especially in the area of medicine, the differences are not as great as they were in times past, where only men could practice medicine, and where it was improper for a woman even think about studying. At present this has been matched and both men and women can participate in health care, however much remains to be advancing in some ways, because differences remain unexplained.
As for the charges to which medical professionals can choose, men and women have the same right to acquire a particular office. Despite this, always make differences in the wages they receive, being than men for doing the same job that a woman is always better paid, which of course happens in almost all professions.
Regarding the care of a patient to a doctor (male or female), there should be no major difference, since both have the same bases of learning and thus are able to meet the same health problems.
And finally, in professional development that men and women can achieve, you have two possibilities, first that both can achieve the same level of development, and second that the professional development of women is limited, since they generally favour the family before the work.
